We called and spoke to an agent and received a phone call back as to what we wanted, then a follow up email with different options before choosing the design and colour for our house. Delivery date and time was excellent and we are happy with results, especially the garage door opener!!

I enabled the wifi component 8 months ago. 7 days ago it stopped working. Chamberlain and Automated Door Systems blamed it on my phone and George, from the company called to scold me today. All my fault despite the app working for 8 months and then quitting. George told me that they are simply a distributor selling a product so if-you are looking for a company who keeps pace with technology, move on.
