The door… Read more George was great to deal with. He sold a great product and arranged for installation in a professional manner. The new door looks great. The installers did not pay attention to detail. The door installation was done well. They did not check the alignment of the roller tracks on one side. The track is composed of two pieces. The tracks were off by a quarter of an inch. This caused a bump as the roller moved. This would cause premature failure. I called and the installer fixed it.
